Supply points are used to equip gear, weapons, and attachments.
In Insurgency, a default of 10 supply points are granted to player initially when joining a game, but on some servers, players can spawn with more or be granted more based on wins/losses/MVP. Supply points can be used to equip primary weapons, secondary weapons, explosives, body armor, ammunition carriers, and night-vision goggles.
In Skirmish, every wave of respawns gives each player 1 point to spend. (needs verification)
In a practice game, more supply points can be granted with the "give_supply" console command.
