The QTS-11 is an assault rifle featured in Insurgency: Sandstorm. It was added in the February 2, 2021 update. The weapon has the slowest rate of fire of all the assault rifles, firing at 550 rounds per minute. This makes the weapon very controllable, with the drawback of reduced firepower.

The weapon's integral grenade launcher is only usable when the Explosive Launcher or Smoke Launcher upgrades are equipped. Since these are classified as underbarrel attachments, foregrips and bipods cannot be added to the weapon when the grenade launcher is being used. The weapon is also able to equip the 4x-1x Type 11 Scope, which has night vision capabilities.

Trivia

• There used to be a bug in the game where the QTS-11's magazines were compatible with weapons that could take STANAG magazines, such as the M4A1 and Mk 18 CQBR. This has since been patched.
