In Insurgency, the Chest Rig is an ammo vest will provide the user two extra magazines of both primary and secondary ammo. It does not provide any extra explosives.
Trivia
- Most players tend to avoid using the ammo vest due to the fact that most players will die before depleting all of their ammunition. Instead, they choose to skip the ammo vest and opt for a lighter loadout, or save one more supply point and go for the chest carrier that provides players with an extra explosive.
